Project description:    Roof System Replacement of about 115m2   

Work is to be completed within two (2) weeks from the scheduled work start date: September 7, 2021. 

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Secret Security Clearance. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. MANDATORY SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on July 13, 2021 at 10:00am. Interested bidders shall meet at 229 Wellington St Ottawa, ON K1A 0H9.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch). Safety Harness, Hard hats and safety glasses are also required.  Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire will be denied access to the site.

Security pre-screening: All the individuals attending the site visit must hold a security clearance of Reliability. The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, should be provided to the Contracting Authority by July 6, 2021 end of day in order to gain access to the site.
