Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: RFSO FOR OFFICE FURNITURE SYSTEMS 08324-110063 Goyette, Jean-François Telephone: 819-956-1342 Facsimile: 819- 956-5706 Requirement: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada has a requirement to establish up to three National Individual Standing Offers (NISO) for the supply, domestic delivery in Ottawa, and international installation of commercial furniture systems including workstations and pedestals, to various locations outside of Canada, on an as and when requested basis. The requirement will be delivered to various Foreign Affairs missions all over the world. Locations can be viewed by visiting: Http://w01.international.gc.ca/cra-rce/index.aspx Period of the Standing Offer: The period of the NISO will be for a period of three (3) years with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the NISO for a period of two additional consecutive twelve (12) month periods in accordance with all terms and conditions detailed in the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document. The services must be provided in accordance with Statement of Work attached at Annex "A". Basis of Selection The Crown will issue up to three Standing Offers to the Offerors meeting all mandatory criteria and with the highest combined rating of technical merit (60%) and price (40%). There is no security requirement associated with the requirement. This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Opportunities (WTO-AGP), Canad-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), and the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA). The Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCA) are not applicable since the services will not be performed within CLCA areas. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
