manufactured in accordance with the Statement of Work. 
To be delivered to Veterans Affairs Canada, Charlottetown, PE. 

Quantity:  28,000 units

Sealed sample, which is provided for guidance, may be viewed at
the following DPWGS District Offices:

Montreal, PQ
Mississauga, On
Winnipeg, Man
Edmonton, Alta
Moncton, NB
Vancouver, BC

The sealed sample of the 60th anniversary pin are not available.
 However, the Commemorative lapel pin is being released for
guidance only.  The same manufacturing process as the
Commemorative pin is to be followed for the 60th Anniverary pin.
 Ensure that the pre-award sample submitted is manufactured in
accordance with the Statement of Work and graphic design/artwork
and not the sealed sample design.
