THIS AMENDMENT CHANGES THE CLOSING DATE TO MARCH 25, 2014.

The Canada Border Services Agency has a requirement for small
and large reflective tapes with black printed lettering.
The two sizes required for CBSA-ASFC (English) and ASFC-CBSA
(French) are :

Large : 3" x 9"
Small : 2" x 5"
The reflective tapes must be manufactured in accordance with
Purchase Description CBSA-ASFC -2013-08-129 dated 2013-11-08 ,
drawings and sealed samples. To be delivered to Canada Border
Services Agency, Ottawa, Ont.

Firm quantity
A firm quantity of 62,000 units.

The firm quantity is to be delivered complete by 31 May 2014.

Options
In addition , there is also a requirement for three options:
Option 1
A maximum option quantity of 28,000 units (CBSA-ASFC/ASFC-CBSA)
may be requested.

Option 1 may be exercised within 12 months from contract award.

Option 2
A maximum option quantity of 28,000 units (CBSA-ASFC/ASFC-CBSA)
may be requested.

Option 2 may be exercised within 24 months from contract award.

Option 3
A maximum option quantity of 62,000 units (CBSA-ASFC/ASFC-CBSA)
may be requested.

Option 3 may be exercised within 36 months from contract award.

Sealed samples, which are provided for guidance , may be viewed
at the following PWGSC Regional Offices:

Quebec, Qc.
Montreal, Qc.
Mississauga, Ont.
Winnipeg, Man.
Edmonton, Alta.

To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.
