    Amendment 001 is raised to advise that the the bid closing date is extended from May 20, 2016 to May 27, 2016, 2:00 pm.

    Requirement:
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Cloth, Twill, Poly/Cotton, Navy.  The cloth must be manufactured in accordance with the RCMP Specification G.S.1045-284 dated December 21, 2015 and the viewing sample.
    
    Firm quantity:
    30,000 metres
    
    It is requested that the first shipment be made within 45 calendar days from the written notice of approval of the production sample.  Deliveries are to be made to CORCAN Regional HQ (Ontario) in Kingston, Ontario.
    
    Options
    This requirement also includes three (3) options to purchase an additionalquantity as follows:
    
    Option 1:  for a maximum of 30,000 metres exercisable for a period of 12 months from the date of contract award. 
    Option 2:  for a maximum of 30,000 metres exercisable for a period of 24 months from the date of contract award.
    Option 3:  for a maximum of 30,000 metres exercisable for a period of 36 months from the date of contract award.
    
    
    Pre-Award Sample and Supporting Documentation 
    A pre-award sample, Certificates of Compliance and laboratory test results may be requested after bid closing.
    
    Viewing Sample
    An RCMP viewing sample will be provided to bidders who are requested to provide a pre-award sample.  The viewing sample must be used for guidance of the manufacturer in all factors not covered by the specification.  Variation from the specification may appear in the sample in which case the specification shall govern.
    
    A viewing sample may be viewed (by appointment only) at the followingPublic Services and Procurement Canada's regional offices at:  QUEBEC, QC.; MONTREAL, QC.; MISSISSAUGA, ON.; WINNIPEG, MB; EDMONTON, AB; VANCOUVER, BC.
    
    Canadian Content Policy
    This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and is conditionally limited to Canadian origin goods.
