Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
Cold Wet Weather Gloves in accordance with the
Technical/Performance Specification for Glove, Cold Wet Weather,
Navy dated January 5, 2011 (Annex B). Deliveries to Canadian
Forces Supply Depots in Montreal, Quebec and Edmonton, Alberta.

Firm Quantity:  			  		       7,385 pairs to Edmonton
							     22,101 pairs to Montreal

"As and When Requested" Estimated Quantity:	            50 pairs

This requirement also includes an option to acquire the goods
described above under the same terms and conditions and at the
prices stated in the Contract.  The option may only be exercised
in whole or in part for a minimum of 5,000 pairs up to a maximum
of 30,000 distributed amongst the two destinations, by the
Contracting Authority and will be evidenced for administrative
purposes only, through a contract amendment.

Technical Data shall be automatically issued, under separate
cover, upon request for the bid documents. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request for bid documentation be done as
soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
technical data.

Canadian Content Policy: Solely limited to Canadian origin goods.

Enquiries
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
