This requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer to procure slip-ons and legends badges for members of the Canadian Forces on an "as and when" basis, as detailed in the attached annexes C to K  for Montreal and Edmonton Depots. The Standing Offer will be for a period of three (3) year with two (2) additional one year period extension.  Only one Standing Offer may be issued of this Request for Standing Offer.

3 pre-award samples, one pre-awarad sample of fabric (0.5m long by width of goods) and supporting documentation must be submitted with the offer.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be considered.

To assure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries must be submitted in writting and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven(7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
