    Requirement :
    The Canada Border Services Agency  (CBSA) has a requirement for
    the procurement of :
    Item 001 - 30007834 - Shoulder Insignia, Regular, Small (English
    - Drawing 1) (Yellow: Pantone 123C)
    Item 002 - 30007835 - Shoulder Insignia, Regular,  Small (French
    - Drawing 2) (Yellow: Pantone 123C)
    Item 003 - 30007836 - Shoulder Insignia, Regular, Large (English
    - Drawing 1) (Yellow: Pantone 123C)
    Item 004 - 30007837 - Shoulder Insignia, Regular, Large (French
    - Drawing 2) (Yellow: Pantone 123C)
    Item 005 - 30008033 - Shoulder Insignia, Ceremonial, Small
    (English - Drawing 1) (Metallic Yellow: Gold Lurex)
    Item 006 - 30008034 - Shoulder Insignia, Ceremonial, Small
    (French - Drawing 2) (Metallic Yellow: Gold Lurex)	
    
    Technical Requirements:
    The items 001, 002, 003, 004 and 007, 008, 009, 010 must be
    manufactured in accordance with Annex B - Purchase Description
    #CBSA/ASFC-2013-08-128 dated 2014-05-28, for Shoulder Insignia,
    Large and Small, the drawings and the sealed samples.  The
    purchase description shall take precedent over the sealed
    samples since the sealed samples are for guidance only.
    
    The items 005, 006 and 011, 012 must be manufactured in
    accordance with Annex C - Purchase Description
    #CBSA/ASFC-2014-05-130 dated 2014-05-28, Shoulder Insignia,
    Ceremonial, the drawings and the 
    sealed samples.  The purchase description shall take precedent
    over the sealed samples since the sealed samples 
    are for guidance only.
    
    Packaging
    The shoulder insignia shall be packaged in a clear plastic
    sealed bag containing 100 units per bag.  There shall be
    no more than 15 packages, 1,500 units per box.  The outer
    packaging shall be in accordance with good commercial standards
    to ensure safe arrival at destination.
    
    Sealed Samples :
    The Sealed Samples may be viewed at the following Department of
    Public Works and Government Services Regional Offices: Quebec
    (Quebec); Montreal (Quebec); Mississauga (Ontario); Winnipeg
    (Manitoba); Edmonton (Alberta), Vancouver (British Columbia).
    
    Firm Quantities :
    Item 001 - 30007834 - Shoulder Insignia, Regular, Small (English
    - Drawing 1)	= 140,000 each
    Item 002 - 30007835 - Shoulder Insignia, Regular, Small (French
    - Drawing 2	=   45,000 each
    Item 003 - 30007836 - Shoulder Insignia, Regular, Large (English
    - Drawing 1)	=        500 each
    Item 004 - 30007837 - Shoulder Insignia, Regular, Large (French
    - Drawing 2)	=        150 each
    Item 005 - 30008033 - Shoulder Insignia, Ceremonial (English -
    Drawing 1)	=      4,000 each
    Item 006 - 30008034 - Shoulder Insignia, Ceremonial (French -
    Drawing 2)	=      1,500 each
    Total firm quantities 							=  191,150 each 
    
    
    Delivery to the CBSA in Ottawa, Ontario  (Total firm quantities
    202,650 units)
    All firm deliverables are requested to be complete within 30
    calendar days from approval of pre-production samples.
    
    As and When Requested :
    Total estimated quantity to be ordered on "As and When
    Requested" basis during a period of 48 months from contract
    award date.
