Requirement:
This requirement is to procure 3,500,000 units of Lapel pins to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario.

Option:
Each option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority for a minimum of 100,000 units up to a maximum of 4,000,000 units per option, and will be evidenced through a contract amendment. One (1) amendment per option may be issued. 

Option 1: within 12 months from the contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor. 
Option 2: within 24 months from the contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor. 
Option 3: within 36 months from the contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor.

The requirement is detailed at the Annex A.

Delivery Required (Desirable) - Firm Quantity:
All firm deliverables are requested complete by November 30, 2018.

Enquiries - Bid Solicitation:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
