Requirement
To provide Canadian Heritage with Flag of Canada, Plastic Pins
in accordance with the Purchase Description CAG-8-1412-242G.

Quantity (Delivery in Ottawa, Ontario):
Item 1: A firm quantity of 1,500,000 units to be delivered
before May 29, 2015.
Item 2 (Option 1): An estimated quantity of 4,000,000 units. The
option may be exercised before November 1, 2015.
Item 3 (Option 2): An estimated quantity of 4,000,000 units. The
option may be exercised before November 1, 2016.
Item 4 (Option 3): An estimated quantity of 4,000,000 units. The
option may be exercised before November 1, 2017.

Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
