The Department of National Defence’s Directorate Soldier Systems Program Management (DSSPM) has a requirement to purchase quantities of with Hot/Wet (H/W) Weather, Static Dissipative Flame Resistant Jacket and Trousers. This requirement is intended to provide Jacket and Trousers H/W Weather until the Operational Clothing and Footwear Consolidated Contract (OCFC2) is awarded.

Firm Quantities:
Jacket: 1056 units to Edmonton, 1584 to Montreal
Trousers: 526 units to Edmonton, 789 to Montreal

“As and when requested” Quantities (special sizes):
Jacket: 30 units
Trousers: 30 units
These may be ordered during a period of 36 months from the contract award date.

Option Maximum Quantities:
Jacket: 1056 units to Edmonton, 1584 to Montreal
Trousers: 526 units to Edmonton, 789 to Montreal
Option Quantities may be ordered during a period of 36 months from Contract Award, and via one or more Contract Amendments.

Canadian Content
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.
