    REQUIREMENT:
    Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO), on behalf of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and any government department, agency or Crown Corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11, including Provincial/Territorial Identified users, for the provision of Extendable Batons for delivery across Canada. The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing offer for a period of two (2) years with the possibility to extend for an additional three (3) one year periods.
    
    ESTIMATED QUANTITIES FOR THE INITIAL STANDING OFFER PERIOD - (within 24 months of standing offer issuance): 
    Item 1 Baton 16"  2,000 Each
    Item 2 Baton 21"  10,250 Each
    Item 3 Baton 26"    3,750 Each
    Item 4 Serial Number  8,750 Each
    
    PRE-AWARD SAMPLES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
    Offer samples along with the additional supporting documentation (letter(s) of attestation, component data sheet(s), warranty, references, authorized reseller), must be submitted for evaluation. The supporting documentation must be sent electronically with the bid. 
    
    CANADIAN CONTENT POLICY: Open, all interested may submit an offer.
