Amendment No. 002 is being issued to revise the response to Q13 previously provided under amendment 001. In addition to change the solicitation closing date be extended up to December 21, 2021.

Amendment No. 001 is being issued to make changes to the request for proposal (RFP) as specified below and to publish all answers to the questions received to date. In addition to extend the solicitation closing date to December 17th, 2021.

Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s Animal Health Directorate (AHD) has a requirement for two biosafety cabinets, including any required supplemental items with delivery and installation, that must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 15th, 2022. 

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
