Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Security Screening Equipment Requirement: The Courts Administration Service (CAS) has a requirement for Security Screening EquipmentThe requirement include four (4) Screening System Type 1 SSXD, sixteen (16) Screening System Type 2 SSXD and eighteen (18) Screening System type walk-through metal detector (WTMD) and ancillary items including familiarization instruction/training, installation and maintenance in accordance with the attached Annex A - Requirement. The requirement include an option to purchase up to nine (9) Screening System Type 2 SSXD and ancillary items and ancillaryitems to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract. Amendment 007 is raised to extend the closing date from 12 April to 18April 2016 at 2:00 PM (EDT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
