The Public Agency of Canada (PHAC), Office of Emergency Response Services (OERS) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 6,000,000 Bifurcated Needles. The requirement also includes the option to purchase additional quantities of Bifurcated Needles.  The purchase of additional quantities may occur multiple times, on an as and when requested basis, during the period of the contract.  The requirement must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and mandatory technical evaluation criteria, as specified in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.

Bids will be assessed against mandatory technical requirements. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Delivery to Ottawa, ON is mandatory on or before May 29, 2020.
