Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Wharf Repairs - Nova Scotia Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has the requirement for wharf repairs at Caribou, Nova Scotia. IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Tanya Allen, facsimile: (902)496-5016: email: tanya.allen@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $300,000 and $500,000 This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade. This PWGSC office provides procurement services in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
