    WELDING AND METAL FABRICATION
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
    the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
    service contract for the furnishings of all labour, material,
    permits, certification, licenses transportation, equipment and
    training required to provide general and high pressure welding,
    steel and aluminum fabrication as well as emergency repairs in
    buildings, areas, and equipment's at various locations of
    Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Halifax, Nova Scotia, on scheduled
    basis and on as when requested basis. 
    
    Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be  from
    June 09, 2014 to June 08, 2015 plus an additional two (2),12
    month option periods, if required.
    
    MANDATORY requirement at solicitation closing date
    1.0 Offerors must posses a minimum of three (3) years related
    experience in general and high pressure welding of steel and
    aluminium.  Offeror's MUST use the tables in PART 4 - EVALUATION
    PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION to list three (3) major
    projects/ contracts (one for each project).

    less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to

    Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on
    Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Agreement on Internal Trade
    (AIT), Canada-Peru and Canada-Colombia trade agreements
