    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
    the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has the requirement of
    dredging and disposal of material at Wallace, Cumberland County,
    	The work includes but is not limited to:
    	Class 'B' Dredging of existing basin located at the east and
    west side of the finger pier 	             wharf structure,
    including land disposal of material.
    	Disposal of the dredge material off site at a location
    designated by the Contractor.
    	All work is to be completed within 6 weeks of award.
    INQUIRIES:  All inquiries of a technical nature and all
    questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the
    Contracting Authority: Jeff Lockyer, telephone (902)496-5636,
    facsimile: (902)496-5016:  Inquiries are to be
    made in writing and should be received no less than five (5)
    calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time
    to respond.
