Public Works and Government Services - Cape Breton Operations owns and maintains several kilometers of non-operational rail corridor in the Glace Bay/ Dominion area of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.  The focus of this scope of work is the redesign of one (1) culvert at Crossing #7 located west of Main Street in Glace Bay.  

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2017.   The site visit will begin 1400 hrs.  Please meet at the parking lot of Immaculate Conception Church and the project manager will lead you to the site. 
Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
