This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 5P128-150614 dated AUGUST 8, 2016 with a closing of OCTOBER 4, 2016 at 1400 hrs. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

A bid MUST comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet ALL the mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.  

Work under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision required to cut trees, chipping and spreading, trimming trees, cutting shrubs, bushes, tall grass, cleaning up and removal of debris at various areas of CFB Halifax as specified herein.
