Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: Suppliers on permanent list or able to meet qualification requirements Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CCGC Simulator Building Planning EB144-211135/A Kendell (PWA), Byron Telephone No. - (902) 497-5345 ( ) Fax No. - (902) 496-5016 ( ) Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), has a requirement for Architectural Design Services to provide space planning and programming for the construction of a Simulator Building at the Canadian Coast Guard College (CCGC) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. List of the pre-qualified firms under the Architecture SA (E0225-152290/A) invited via email to bid on this requirement in no particular order are as follows: 1. Architecture49 Inc.; 2. Boyd R. Algee Architect Ltd.; 3. DFS Inc.; 4. Republic Architecture Inc.; and, 5. Stantec Architecture Ltd. This RFP allows and encourages Proponents to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their proposal electronically. Proponents must refer to GI16, Submission of proposal, and SRE 2, Proposal Requirements, for further information. Due to the nature of the bid solicitation, transmission of proposals by facsimile is not recommended for administrative reasons but offered to Proponents to provide an alternative opportunity in case of incompatibility or inability to transmit by epost Connect service.
