This requirement is open only to pre-qualified, invited suppliers under
the Mechanical & Engineering Supply Arrangement E0225-150564/A who qualifiedin the geographic region of Nova Scotia.  The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

PWGSC is seeking proposals from Consultants under the Mechanical & Engineering Supply Arrangement E0225-150564.  The purpose of this project is to develop a design which will allow for the implementation of the solar panel systems according to the recommendations within a feasibility study report.  Construction is to be completed by March 31, 2016. Re
quired work includes Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design,cost estimating and project administration services as detailed within the solicitation document
