Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) on behalf of the Department of National Defense for the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide maintenance and inspection to Asea Brown Broveri (formerly Bailey) Meters and Control Systems at various buildings, CFB Gagetown, Oromocto NB.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, 
Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, and Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
