The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) requires media
monitoring services on a daily basis from September 1, 2014 to
August 31, 2015, with options to renew for up to three (3) one
(1) year periods.

The Bidder must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in
providing media monitoring services, at the high volume and
quick turnaround time as required in the SOW.

The Bidder must provide three references (including name and
telephone number), and samples of current project(s).  Samples
must include:

(a)	Weekly newspaper clippings from outlets in Atlantic Canada
(b)	Radio and TV synopses
(c) 	Radio and TV transcripts from outlets in Atlantic Canada

The Bidder must provide a work plan demonstrating the Bidder's
ability to meet client's specified requirement and deadlines.

The Bidder must demonstrate capability to monitor both English
and French print and broadcast media.

The Bidder must demonstrate capability to cover PanAtlantic
media and provide a list of all media outlets it covers in
Atlantic Canada.

writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar
days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to
respond. Inquiries are to be made in accordance with SI03 -
Enquiries During The Solicitation Period, under Special
Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document. Standard
bid and contract security for construction is required. 
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering
System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. 
Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and
contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services and may be viewed at
buyandsell.gc.ca. 
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
