    Roof Replacement 
    Springhill Institution, Springhill NS
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement to
    conduct a roof replacement project for building 14, 16 and 17 at
    the Springhill Institution of Springhill Nova Scotia. The work
    consist of but is not limited to the removal of the existing
    roof assembly including flashings trims and insulation;  the
    supply and installation of a new 2 ply modified bituminous
    roofing system, flashings and trims. All work is to be performed
    in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC
    Project Number R.061871.001 forming part of the bid document.
    The Contractor shall complete the work within twenty six (26)
    weeks of award.
    New measures related to integrity provisions included in the
    solicitation documents requires attention. 
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
    Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    category: $250,001 - $500,000 (HST extra). Standard bid and
    contract security for construction is required.
