    Sand Trap Maintenance - Pointe-Sapin, New Brunswick
    
    PWGSC has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual
    Standing Offer (RISO) for  the furnishing of all plant, labour,
    equipment and materials for sand trap maintenance in
    Pointe-Sapin, New Brunswick.  The work includes parking and road
    cleaning with a power broom and the installation and management
    of sand fencing. These items are primarily for Pointe-Sapin but
    may be used in other parts of the South East New Brunswick Small
    Craft Harbour facilities and adjacent coast lines where
    required. All work is to be performed in accordance with the
    Specifications and Drawings forming part of the bid document.
    
    The work will be performed on an as and when requested basis,
    during the period of February 4, 2015 to February, 2017. A
    standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors
    should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any
    amount of the standing offer will be called-up. More than one
    Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.
    
    IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
    certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
    attention. 
    The estimated value of this opportunity is within the range of
    $250,001.00 to $500,000.00 (HST extra). Bid and contract
    security are not required. 
    After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
    debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
    Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
    within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
    offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
