    Parking Deck Improvements - Government of Canada Building,
    Fredericton, N.B.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
    for parking deck improvements at the Government of Canada
    Building, 1445 Regent Street, Fredericton, New Brunsick. The
    work consists of, but is not limted to, the following: Exterior
    parking deck Renovations, repair of interior concrete and
    exterior site drainage improvements. . All work is to be
    performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for
    PWGSC Project Number R.064566.001 forming part of the bid
    document. The work is to begin no earlier than April 1, 2015 and
    is to be completed within 12 weeks of commencement.
    
    There will be an optional site visit on February 9, 2015  at
    10:30 am. All interested bidders are to meet at main entrance of
    the Government of Canada Building, 1445 Regent Street,
    Fredericton, New Brunswick. Bidders must communicate with the
    Contracting Authority no later than one day before the scheduled
    visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the
    person(s) who will attend. Although not mandatory, all
    contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are
    encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the
    work.
    
    Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
    given an alternate appointment, but they will not be precluded
    from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
    solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
    an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
    included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
    Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    category: $1,500,001 - $2,000,000 (HST extra). Standard bid and
    contract security for construction is required.

    security for construction is required.
