    Occupational Therapists - North Bay, Ottawa, Saint John & Campbellton
    
    Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) has a requirement for the provision of occupational therapy consultation services for various field offices located in North Bay and Ottawa, Ontario and Saint John and Campbellon, New Brunswick. The period of the contract is from April 1, 2016, or date of award to March 31, 2017 with options to extend for one (1) additional one (1) year period.
    
    This document contains a security requirement.
    
    All proposed personnel to provide occupational therapist consultation services must meet the following:
    
    -Graduation with a degree from a recognized university;
    -A certificate of current registration as a registered occupational therapists in the province where the work is to be performed.
    -Twenty-four months of full time experience in the last seven (7) years providing occuptional services to adults as a registered occupational therapist or supervisiong or teaching the practice of occupational therapy treatment of adults.
    -Hold of valid driver's license in the province where the work is to be performed.

    prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries are to be made in accordance with Part 2.4 Enquiries - Bid Solicitation in the solicitation document. 
    
    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
