    The work under this Service Contract consists of the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, software and firmware updates required to complete repairs, remote phone line inspections and annual on-site inspection of theAlerton building automation system at Woodstock Armoury and Grand Falls Armoury as specified herein.
    
    Woodstock Armoury is located at 107 Chapel Street, Woodstock, NB.
    Grand Falls Armoury is 576 Madawaska Road,Grand Falls, NB.
    
    The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years)for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,000. - $250,000.  
    Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.
