Washroom Additions, Joseph A Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road,
Summerside, PEI

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for west washroom expansion at the Joseph A Ghiz Building,
Summerside, PE.  Work under this contract consists of but is not
limited to:  demolition of existing spaces as identified on
drawings; construction of new partitions as shown on drawings;
reuse and salvage existing fixtures, flooring etc., as shown on
drawings; fit-up and finish of spaces as shown on drawings; and
mechanical and electrical services as shown on drawings.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 

A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Cambridge Building, 3 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PEI

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $100,001 - $250,000 (HST included).

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within six
(6) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
offer.
