    AHU Replacements - Souris Ferry Terminal, Prince Edward Island
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the replacement of the two (2) existing rooftop HVAC units and modifications to existing ductwork distribution system and roofing system at the Souris Ferry Terminal located in Prince Edward Island. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications forPWGSC Project Number R.082253.001 forming part of the bid document. 
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site and examine the Scope of the Work required and the existing conditions.  There will be an optional site visit September 14th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.  All interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of the Souris Ferry Terminal, PE.  Although not mandatory, allcontractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the work. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority 1 day before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.  Bidders may be requested tosign an attendance form.  Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. 
    
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, Cambridge Building, 3 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PEI
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,001 - $250,000 (HST extra).
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by March 1, 2017.

    security for constructionis required.
