Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for materials inspection and quality assurance services for Public Works and Government Services Canada, various locations, PEI on an "as required" basis during the period from date of award for 2 years.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) and Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
