    Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) - Plumbing Services -
    Various Locations - St. John's, NL
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
    requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for
    Plumbing Services at Various Locations in St. John's, NL.  Work
    under this RISO will include the furnishing of all necessary
    labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and
    equipment to carry out minor repairs and/or installations of
    plumbing services at the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre
    (NAFC) and Correctional Services Canada (CSC) buildings in St.
    John's, NL.
    Bidders must refer to the General Instructions to Offerors -
    Construction Services - GI01 (2014-03-01) Integrity Provisions -
    The term for this RISO will be two (2) years from the date of
    issuance, on an "as and when requested basis."  Canada reserves
    the right to award to more than one Contractor.
    Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of
    $25,000.00 (HSTI).  A standing offer is an agreement and not a
    contract.  Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or
    that any amount, will be called-up on any resulting RISO.
