    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
    requirement for Roof Replacement at Cabot Tower on Signal Hill,
    St. John's, NL.  The work of this contract consists of but is
    not limited to demolishing the existing roofing and roof framing
    and installation of a new roof and framing. Some work of this
    project shall require working outside normal working hours due
    to building operations. Bidders shall contact PWGSC for access
    to site for viewing.
    
    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
    1.  It is recommended that bidders visit the site and its
    surroundings and verify the form, nature and extent of the work,
    the means to access the site, severity, exposure and
    uncertainity of weather, soil conditions and in general obtain
    all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other
    circumstances prior to submitting bid.
    2.  Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29 - Health and Safety
    Requirements, Project Site Conditions, of specifications before
    performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.
    
    Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (GI) -
    R2710T (2015-02-25) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of
    Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
