SAR Station, CP2 Buildings Phase, Twillingate, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for CP2 Buildings Phase, SAR Station at Twillingate, NL. The work under this contract will consist of the demolition of existing site structures including the former RCMP building and garage that includes demolition and removal of hazardous materials abatement and remediation; construction of SAR operations building, FRC garage and Ready Locker including associated Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and associated Hardscaping.  This project has been registered with the USGBC/CaGBC under the LEED V4 program.  All project construction methods and materials are to conform with the LEED program requirements.

Contractors, bidders or those they invite to site are to review specification Section 01 35 29 - Health and Safety Requirements before visiting the site and take all appropriate safety measures.
