Boiler Plant Replacement, Research and Development Centre, St. John’s, NL

Public Works & Government Services Canada has a requirement to replace the aginglow pressure steam heating plant at the St. John's Research and Development Centre (RDC).  The current system has four (4) boilers, only two (2) of which are currently operational.  This project will replace these 4 boilers and the associated systems with three (3) new boilers.

Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29.06 - Item 1.5, Project/Site Conditions of specifications before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.

AT BID CLOSING, THE BIDDER MUST HOLD A VALID SECURITY CLEARANCE AS INDICATED IN SECTION SC01 OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT WILL RENDER THE BID NON-COMPLIANT AND NO FURTHER CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO THE BID.
