    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for work that will consist of structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical upgrades to modules P20-N20, upgrades to various washrooms, and construction of security kiosk and associated civil work at North West Atlantic Fisheries Centre access road, Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre, White Hills, St. John's, NL
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for two tours of the work site. The site visits will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, and Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 10:30 AM.  Bidders should meet in the main lobby public entrance of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC), 80 White Hills Rd., St. John's, NL.
    
    Bidders are required to show identification in the form of a valid picture ID and sign in to view premises. All visitors will be accompanied for duration of visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. 
    
    Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2017-09-21)  for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
