    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for Backflow Prevention Upgrade, John Cabot Building, St. John’s, NL The work comprises of upgrades premises isolation and metering to the office building located at 10 Barter’s Hill, St. John’s, NL; and further identified as John Cabot Building.  The work primarily consists of piping modifications with modifications to heat trace and fire alarm systems and new receptacles as required to support the piping modifications.  
    
    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
    There will be a scheduled viewing of site and proper personal protective equipment as noted in the Health and Safety section of the specifications is required.  
    
    Scheduled Viewing Date: December 10, 2015 at 10:00 am.  All interested parties to meet at the Main Entrance, Commissionaire’s Desk, John Cabot Building, 10 Barter’s Hill,St. John’s, NL.
    
    Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS - R2710T (2015-07-03) for the Integrity Provisions (Bid) applicable to this requirement.
