    This project is located at the Petit-Cap Harbour, Westmorland County, New Brunswick.
    
    WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
    
    1 PSPC on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans, Small Craft Harbours Branch is preparing the demolition and re-construction of structure 403. The new construction is a Berlin Wall Marginal Wharf which will replace the existing timber crib.
    
    2 The work includes but is not limited to:
    
    1 Mobilization to site.
    2 Installation and maintenance of environmental controls required to complete the work.
    3 Dredging of the harbour basin.
    4 Fully Demolish Structure 403 pier and partially demolish Structure 403 marginal wharf.
    5 Construct the new Berlin Wall.
    6 Install all electrical services.
    7 Top up existing breakwater as needed.
    8 Site cleanup.
    9 Removal of environmental controls and cofferdam.
    10 Demobilization from the site.
    
    3 The above listed work is subject to the following constraints during construction:
     1 Construction activities shall not detrimentally impact the surrounding environment or waterway, shall respect allowable windows for in-water work. The Contractor is to comply with all environmental documents found in the Appendix.
    
    4 The Contractor is responsible for the delineation of the construction zones.
    
    5 All work to be carried out in accordance with applicable federal, provincial regulations for
    those agencies having jurisdiction for the work.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,001 - $5,000,000 (HST excluded). Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
