The work covered under this project consists of supplying and installing a new 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system on the roof of Building B11 at the Atlantic Institution located at Renous NB. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.115126.001 forming part of the bid document.  The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 12 weeks after award.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be an optional site visit on July 13, 2022 at 10:30 hours. All interested bidders are to meet at the Atlantic Institution, Renous, NB (Principal Entrance). 
 
Although not mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the work. 

Contractors interested in participating in the site visit are required to register with the Contracting Authority in advance by e-mail at kristelle.leblanc@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca by no later than 2:00 pm on July 11, 2022.

All bidder questions will be submitted to the Contracting Authority and answered by solicitation amendment/addendum following the site visit. No cameras or cell phones will be allowed on the site.
