     Dredging St Clair River
    
     Project Title: St. Clair River, Ontario, Southeast Bend Cutoff
    Channel, Maintenance Dredging 2014 
    Project No. R.042805.003 
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement on
    behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Canadian Coast Guard to
    secure a contract for maintenance dredging of the cutoff channel
    on the St. Clair River, South East Bend. 
    
    Work of this contract comprises of (Dredging quantities are
    approximate); 
    - Scenario A, 15,000 cubic metres place measurement (CMPM) with
    disposal at Point Pelee. 
    - Scenario B, 15,000 cubic metres place measurement (CMPM) with
    10,000 cmpm disposal at Point Pelee and 5,000 cmpm at Asphalt
    Plant. 
    - Scenario C, 15,000 cubic metres place measurement (CMPM) with
    5,000 cmpm disposal at Point Pelee and 10,000 cmpm at Asphalt
    Plant. 
    - Scenario D, 15,000 cubic metres place measurement (CMPM) with
    15,000 cmpm disposal at Asphalt Plant. 
    
    A certificate of qualification is required from Industry Canada
    (IC) and must accompany your bid submission.  The scenarios
    detailed above, 
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by September
    15th 2015.  Contractor will commence in-water dredging and
    disposal operations before November 15th 2014 or contractor may
    commence in-water dredging and disposal operations after 30th
    June 2015.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    cost category: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. 
    
    Site Visit
    There will be no site visit for this requirement.
    
    Closing date:  21 October  2014, 14:00 HOURS.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and

    paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
    contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
