    Work of this Contract comprises general removal of existing roofing and construction of new roofing, located at Millhaven Institution, Bath, Ontario.
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT
    
    There will be a Mandatory site visit on February 27th, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. Interested bidders are to meet at the site. Millhaven Institution, Search and Control Building, MHX, Hwy 33, Bath, Ontario K0H 1G0.
    
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
    
    It is mandatory that the bidder attend the mandatory site visit at the designated date and time to examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions. It is MANDATORY THAT BIDDERS REGISTER with the Contracting Officer, Julie Adler Brooks at julie.adlerbrooks@pwgsc.gc.ca or 416-512-5776, to confirm their attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 23RD, 2017, 10:00 A.M. Late Registration after this date and time will not be accepted.
     
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twenty (20) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Attachment 2 (ATT 2) contains the Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
