Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Real Property Contracting, on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has a requirement for Decommissioning 2 underground fuel storage tanks (1 diesel 10,000L, 1 gas 10,000L) and associated components (vents, underground piping, etc.) at the Cornwall Marina in Cornwall, Ontario. All work shall be in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. Contract is further identified as PSPC Project Number R.104699.001 SCOPE OF WORK: The work under this contract requires the Contractor, under oversight by the project Consultant, utilize design drawings and specifications to remove two underground fuel storage tank (UST) systems (1 gasoline 10,000L UST and 1 Diesel 10,000L UST) and components as well as the fuel distribution system (pump islands, storage boxes, and all other associated components) located at the Cornwall Marina 200 in Cornwall, Ontario. The tank systems are to be removed by a Petroleum Mechanic licensed by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA). The Site shall be restored following the removal of the tanks. PROJECT VALUE: The estimated cost for this project is between $100,001 to $500,000 HST extra. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: The optional site visit is scheduled for Wednesday July 31st, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of the the Cornwall Marina 200. The site visit for this project is optional. Bidders are requested to register with the Contracting Authority Dave Musonge by email, dave.musonge@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid. ENQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Dave Musonge dave.musonge@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca. BID RECEIVING: Sealed tenders will be received at: Bid Receiving - Public Works and Government Services Canada 10th Floor, 4900 Yonge Street Toronto, Ontario M2N 6A6. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. COMPLETION TIME: The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 6 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. Tanks must be removed from the ground no later than Sept 25, 2019. Delivery Date: 22/07/2019 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
