Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires the services of an architectural firm, acting as the prime consultant with a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of services required for pesticide storage facility design guideline. 

The proponent must be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in Canada. 

This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that information related to fees or costs are not included with the technical portion of the proposal.
