Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Water and Sewer Line Replacement, Hay River, NT. Project involves supply/install new water lines, hydrant/gate valves and sewer line for the Canadian Coast Guard Base in Hay River, NT. Work includes associated earthworks, tie-ins and restoration of disturbed top-soil/sod/asphalt. NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on August 16th, 2016 at 04:00 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at: Canadian Coast Guard Base 42037 Mackenzie Highway Hay River, NT. X0E 0R9 Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered. Faxed submission will NOT be accepted. Only revisions are accepted via fax. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Alex Tikhonovitch, telephone: 780-901-7940, e-mail: alex.tikhonovitch@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
