EP922-171805/A Tikhonovitch (RPC), Alex Telephone No. - (780) 901-7940 Fax No. - (780) 497-3510 Email: alex.tikhonovitch@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca This project is intended to replace and upgrade the electrical and lighting system along highway 93 in the Sinclair Canyon area for visitors to access the Radium Hot Springs from the town of Radium. The project also rehabilitate the civil structures and sidewalks along the highway, which mayinclude, but not limited to, the following scopes: new piling and replacement of retaining wall(s), underground fiber and electrical conduits, replacement of handrails and concrete barriers, stone and masonry repair, sidewalk slab repair and reconstruction, drainage catchbasin and stormwater pipe cleanup, parking line repaints; crosswalk lighting and signals, asphalt repair and patching, hardware/ architectural component improvement, and commissioning. Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000. NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a tourof the work site. The site visitwill be held on February 22nd, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at: 5420 Hwy 93, BC. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from othersources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered. Faxed submissionwill NOT be accepted. Only revisions are accepted via fax.
