This project is for the fit-up and consolidation of office space and special purpose space (SPS) for several federal government departments (5 Federal Departments) based on the Government of Canada Workplace 2.0 Fit-up Standards, Yellowknife, NT.

Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001 and $1,000,000.

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a tourof the work site.

The site visitwill be held on April 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at:

Greenstone building, 5101 - 50th Avenue, Yellowknife, NT.

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.  

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS AN INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT.

This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement. 

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:
