Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an architectural firm, acting as the prime consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of services required for this project.
The proponent shall be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in Nunavut. 

This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that information related to fees or costs are not included with the technical portion of the proposal.

This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
