REQUIREMENT:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Correctional Services Canada  is seeking tenders for the provision of all labour, material, and equipment as necessary to: supply and install new sections of conduits that will eventually replace portions of the existing underground conduit, install new manholes and communications vaults and to install new conduit throughout the Drumheller Institution to prepare it for electrical and communication lines to be pulled in the future as detailed in the specifications, drawings and Invitation to Tender Document.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure

NOTICE - MANDATORY SITE VISIT
1. There will be a site visit on September 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the Drumheller Institution and would start at Building A-01 at the PSPC Office.
 
2. The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the Bidder must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.

3. Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.


Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value over & above $5,000,001.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in English.
