Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Requirement - EW038-202022 - Wharf Repair & Site Restoration, Hay River, Northwest Territories Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), requires the services of an Engineering firm, acting as prime consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of services required, for the repair of The Canadian Coast Guard wharf and site rehabilitation located in Hay River, Northwest Territories. The proponent must be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in the Northwest Territories. This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that information related to fees or costs are not included with the technical portion of the proposal. ** WE HAVE MOVED!
